Newsbrief: Sony closed out its Gamescom press conference this evening in Cologne, Germany by confirming a holiday 2013 launch in 32 countries for the PlayStation 4, with specific release dates for the U.S. and Europe. The PlayStation 4 is scheduled for launch on November 15th for the U.S. and November 29th for Europe. Launch dates in other territories, such as Japan, have not yet been announced. Earlier in the presentation, Sony also confirmed a price drop for the PlayStation Vita, to $199 U.S./€199.
