Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in a custom compiled list. This week brings Dance Central 3, 007 Legends and Doom 3 BFG Edition to retailers in North America and Europe, while Japan gets Eiyuu Densetsu: Zero no Kiseki Evolution and Furai no Shiren 4 Plus. The following list covers all of the game software we know to be available -- across all platforms and regions -- for the week ending October 20th, 2012. Games Released in the United States: An upgraded version of id Software's 2004 first-person shooter Doom 3 headlines this week's multiplatform retail release lineup. The new BFG Edition features upgraded graphics and a new checkpoint system, and includes the "Resurrection of Evil" expansion pack, along with the new "The Lost Mission" single-player campaign. Also hitting store shelves this week are Eurocom's GoldenEye 007: Reloaded follow-up 007 Legends, Harmonix's Kinect-powered dance sim Dance Central 3, and Compile Heart's PS3-exclusive JRPG Mugen Souls. Croteam's Serious Sam 3: BFE and EXOR's Zombie Driver HD are set to premiere for Xbox Live Arcade, while PS Vita owners can expect to see Game Arts' 2D platformer Dokuro and a port of Sega's Dreamcast classic Jet Set Radio. Giants will ship in North America next week.
