Games Released in the United States: Crystal Dynamics' Tomb Raider series reboot arrives on store shelves this week to a spate of positive review scores. The reboot chronicles the travels of a young Lara Croft, and is notable for its drastic, darker shift in tone, compared to previous franchise entries. The latest entry in Maxis' long-running SimCity series is set to launch on PC platforms, boasting a new gameplay engine and an asynchronous multiplayer mode. This week will also see the release of new MLB-licensed baseball sims from Sony and 2K Games, while the 3DS hosts Konami's side-scrolling platformer Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate.
