Scholastic Media has launched revamped iPad versions of its educational children's games based on the company's Clifford The Big Red Dog and I Spy brands. Clifford's Be Big With Words: The Big Red Dog stars Scholastic's popular giant red canine Clifford, who encourages players to develop skills in spelling, phonics, and vocabulary through minigames and puzzles. I Spy Spooky Mansion is a hidden object game in which children will use logic to solve riddles and follow directions to solve the mystery behind an imposing mansion. The games previously saw success on the iPhone and iPod Touch, with both charting as top sellers in the App Store's Kids Games and Puzzle Games categories. The iPad versions of both games are now available for $3.99 each.
