SDKBOX brings Google Play Games Services to Coco2d-x

Live game operations platform SDKBOX, which supports major services for mobile game production, has been bolstered with the addition of Google Play Games Services for the Coco2d-x mobile game engine. 

Google's service suite is designed to boost engagement, and will give Coco2d-x devs access to features including achievements, leaderboards, and multiplayer functionality. Tools for tracking player activity will also be available. 

"As we expand the breadth of features available for developers to engage and retain their players, Google Play's Game Services SDK was a natural fit for our platform," said Kai Zhao, SDKBOX's head of operations.

"We look forward to working closely with the Google Play team to ensure the integration is seamless."

Launched in 2015, SDKBOX supports over 2,500 daily apps with a combined 60 million device installs and 22 million monhlty active users.
