Mobile game developer and publisher Gameloft announced today that it has teamed up with Intel to optimize and release a number of its mobile titles for Intel Atom-based smartphones and tablets.
Newsbrief: Mobile game developer and publisher Gameloft announced today that it has teamed up with Intel to optimize and release a number of its mobile titles for Intel Atom-based smartphones and tablets. Versions of Asphalt 6: Adrenaline, Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus and UNO that have been optimized to utilize the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator have been released via the Android Market. Each title was ported via Google's Android NDK. Gameloft's VP Ludovic Blondel said that this is just "the first step" in the company's agreement with Intel, and that further Gameloft titles will be released for Intel devices.
