In a short and to-the-point SEC 8-K filing late last night, the company announced that it has terminated the employment of CEO Brian J. Farrell, president Jason Rubin (pictured), and CSO Jason Kay with immediately effect. Farrell recently said that, while he was happy to see that the majority of THQ's studios and games had found new homes, he regretted that that not every employee would have a job elsewhere.
