Turbine veteran now overseeing Unity Technologies development

Unity 3D maker Unity Technologies has appointed two new executives: Erik Juhl as director of development, and Elliott Solomon as vice president of North America videogaming.

Newsbrief: Unity 3D maker Unity Technologies has appointed two new executives: Erik Juhl as director of development, and Elliott Solomon as vice president of North America videogaming. Juhl, who will work out of Unity's Copenhagen office, has spent nearly a decade in the game industry at companies like Electronic Arts and Midway Games. Most recently he was executive director of engineering at WBIE's Turbine studio (The Lord of the Rings Online). Solomon has previously held executive roles at Disney Online Studios, Real Networks, and other companies. At Unity's San Francisco headquarters, he will oversee the North American business' development team, resellers, field engineers, and tech evangelists.
