Massively popular video game streaming site Twitch will launch its own convention this September in San Francisco.

The event will take place on September 25 and 26 at the Moscone Convention Center in downtown San Francisco; there are very few details beyond that, so far.

A post at the official Twitch blog says that the convention "will be an opportunity for the entire community -- broadcasters, game developers, viewers, and us -- to play and learn together."

If you're interested in finding out more, you can head over to the the con's official site to sign up for email updates; if you're interested in exhibiting at the event, there's an email address where you can inquire about that, too.
