Newsbrief: Live video operator Twitch said today that Gameloft's Asphalt 8: Airborne for iOS will be capable of broadcasting live gameplay and voice via the new Twitch functionality, a first for a mobile game. The announcement comes shortly after Twitch revealed its new mobile SDK. Twitch has been pioneering live broadcast in video games, with its service reaching across PC and consoles, and now mobile. The functionality also allows for chat and the archiving of streams.
