Ubisoft bets big on Wii U launch

French publisher Ubisoft is known for producing a strong lineup of titles that launch alongside new consoles, and Nintendo's upcoming Wii U will be no exception.

French publisher Ubisoft is known for producing a strong lineup of titles that launch alongside new consoles, and Nintendo's upcoming Wii U will be no exception. At a press conference at E3 on Monday, the company focused on a number of its existing franchises coming at or around the launch of Nintendo's upcoming console. In one Wii U-focused trailer, new titles in its Rabbids, Your Shape, Just Dance and Rayman were teased. In addition, the company announced a new, Wii U-exclusive IP. Zombi U is as a core-focused, violent shooter with zombies. Ubisoft also has an Avengers title coming to the console, which was the focus of a trailer at the press conference.
