Unity is coming to Seattle this August for Unite 2014 conference

This year's Unite conference for Unity developers will also include an additional, optional day of Unity training that aims to teach attendees the basics of Unity game design in a day.

Newsbrief: The folks at Unity announced today that Unite 2014, the company's eighth annual Unity developer conference, will take place in Seattle, WA from Wednesday, August 20 to Friday, August 22 at the Seattle Center. There will also be an additional day of Unity training on Tuesday, August 19, aimed at teaching attendees the basics of Unity development by having them create small, fully-functioning games in a day. A ticket to this year's Unite conference will run you $300 at time of publication, and you can buy a separate ticket to access the training day for an additional $100 on the Unite 2014 Eventbrite page. The company has yet to release further details on what sessions will be held at Unite 2014 or who will be delivering the conference keynote speech. Previous speakers include industry veterans Phil Harrison, Richard Garriott and Peter Molyneux.
