The number of concurrent Steam users has been steadily rising alongside the platform's total number of active accounts, which surpassed 125 million in February of this year.
These numbers are a feather in Valve's cap, to be sure, but they're also good news for developers launching games on Valve's platform. The company most recently rolled out a clear-cut refund policy for Steam users, and developers are still grappling with what that means for their bottom lines.
