Harmonix launched the Kickstarter for a rebooted Amplitude earlier this month, stating that if the Kickstarter didn't work, the game simply couldn't be made through any other means. And while it was looking grim up until a few days ago, the Kickstarter received a sudden burst of energy this week thanks to various high-profile articles and appeals. "We honestly can’t believe it," said Harmonix's John Drake. "We get to make another Amplitude and play it with you guys. It’s incredible."
