Project management skills within games design - questionnaire

Hello all, if you could be so kind to fill in this questionnaire to help me with data research regarding project management skills in the games industry I’d be greatly appreciate it. Furthermore if you could pass it around the workplace for other employee’s to fill in then the more responses the better.

Please keep in mind that the questionnaire is focused on anyone that operates within a games company, whether you are a developer, designer, technician, manager….whatever your role is your assistance is greatly required.
