Opinion: How will Project 2025 impact game developers?
The Heritage Foundation's manifesto for the possible next administration could do great harm to many, including large portions of the game development community.
Check out this neat compilation video bringing together over 40 project highlights from 7DFPS, a seven-day game jam for first-person shooters. More than 200 games were created for the jam.
7DFPS is -- as the name implies -- a seven-day game jam to create first-person shooters. Running between August 10th to August 17th, the jam generated hundreds of entries worldwide, with 280 so far posted to the jam's website. Of those entries, 41 are shown here in this great compilation video by Youtuber iDubbbzTV. While the clips are short, switch on annotations for links to more in-depth videos for each project. Entries include Markus "Notch" Persson's Shambles and Watashi wa hijo ni yoku, a first-person gardening simulator. You can learn more about 7DFPS here.
