EA's highly-rated boxing game Fight Night Round 4 has debuted at number one in the U.K. for the week ended June 27, a first for a boxing game, Chart-Track said Monday. On the SKU-specific charts that list all versions of a given title, the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of Fight Night Round 4 grabbed the number one and two positions, with the Xbox 360 version capturing the top spot. EA Sports' boxing game is currently earning an 89 percent review score average on Metacritic. Fight Night Round 4 knocked down The Sims 3, another EA-published title, which led the U.K. charts for the previous two consecutive weeks. In its second week, Ghostbusters: the Video Game, which is currently only available for PlayStation 3 in the U.K., dropped from the number four slot to number nine. Dropping off the top ten list completely was the PS3 version of Activision Blizzard's Prototype, the Xbox 360 version of THQ's Red Faction: Guerrilla, and the Xbox 360 version of Activision Blizzard's Call of Duty: World At War. In the past week's top 10 on the all-platform chart, EA managed to capture half of the spots. Chart-Track said that on its separate all-platforms charts that combine sales of all versions of a given game, Fight Night Round 4 is the first boxing game to capture the top spot. Below are the unit sales rankings for individual platforms for the week ended June 27:
