Activision Launches New Sports Brand

Building on its success with extreme sports titles like Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater, Activision is creating a new brand identity for its sports titles.

The new O2 brand, designed to conjure up images of big air, will debut with the latest installment of Mat Hoffman’s Pro BMX on May 15. Future versions of sports titles Tony Hawk, Kelly Slater’s Pro Surfer, Mat Hoffman, and Shaun Palmer’s Pro Snowboarder will all bear the O2 brand.
