Publisher Atari has announced its fourth quarter and year end results, showing Q4 sales down to $15.3 million and losses at $3.7 million, down from $61.7 million the year prior, as the company ends its financial year with losses of $23.6 million. Q4 sales were down from $26.9 the year prior. Revenue from publishing was $13.5 million, down from $25.8 million the year prior. Distribution revenue was up slightly to $1.8 million from $1.1 million the year prior. Sales for its full year were down to $80.1 million versus $122.3 million the year prior. Publishing revenue was down to $69.8 million, versus $104.7 million the prior year, and revenue from its distribution business was down to $10.3 million from $17.6 million. The company offered no further details on its financial report, and declined to hold a conference call to discuss the results, but said statements and footnotes would be posted on its Form 10-K, which as of press time was not yet available.
