CyberExtruder, the company which last Spring announced a service that lets players put their own faces on Unreal Tournament characters, announced that it is expanding its game support to include Max Payne, The Sims - Hot Date and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Using the company's CyberX-3D technology, which converts a two-dimensional facial image into a 3D model via the company's web site (http://www.cyberextruder.com), players of these three games can add their likeness to game characters. Players submit a digitized photo of their face to the web site, the image automatically analyzed, facial landmarks are identified, and a 3D model of the user's face is created in about one second and returned to the user.
