GoldenKnight Productions announces that the rough cut of In the Game, a documentary for the next generation of game makers, will be available to interested parties for preview September 15, 2006. In the Game has the participation of all three console makers, notable computer companies, publishers and developers, and a mix of educators and industry professionals. The documentary features interviews with industry professionals from companies in North America, as well as footage and game play from some of the top selling games in the market or yet to come to market. "Guide Stratagem: A Device for Achieving Advantage" will accompany the DVD release. The 39 page booklet takes up where the documentary leaves off by providing more information about topics in the documentary as well as other topics not included, such as serious games, genres, and job requirements. The documentary and Guide are independent of each other but together provide the user knowledge about the game industry and how to get involved. For more information about the documentary or to view the press kit, refer to the In the Game website.
