UK trade association ELSPA has published its monthly chart of the most downloaded mobile phone games for July 2006 in the United Kingdom. The chart compiles information supplied by 3, O2, Orange, T-Mobile, and Vodafone, and gives a continuing look at what UK game consumers are actually purchasing for their mobile phones. Few changes have occurred since ELSPA's June 2006 chart, with EA Mobile/Blue Lava's Tetris once again coming in at number one, followed by Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog: Part One, up one slot from last month, and Tiger Woods PGA Tour 06 rounding off the top three. THQ's classic Worms took spot four, and pet simulator My Dog took five, with Street Fighter II, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo, The Sims 2, Ms. Pac-Man, and Blockbusters rounding off the rest of the chart. To date, similar cross-carrier mobile game charts are not yet officially available to the public in North America.
