In one of today's main Gamasutra features, we are proud to present GDCTV, a special feature showcasing streaming high-quality video content of some of the notable sessions of last year's Game Developers Conference and Serious Games Summit. In this special feature, we have three sessions from last year's Serious Games Summit in Washington, D.C., for which Gamasutra covered significant highlights in editorial form. The sessions are as follows: "How Bioware Makes Game Communities Work" - Jay Watamaniuk ["The presentation will cover the key methods BioWare has developed to achieve success with an online community and important pitfalls to avoid."] "PeaceMaker: A Game That Teaches Peace in the Middle East" - Asi Burak, Tim Sweeney ["PeaceMaker is a cross-cultural political video game simulation of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict which is currently being developed under the auspices of Carnegie Mellon University's Entertainment Technology Center."] How the United Nations Fights Hunger with Food Force - Justin Roche ["In this session, the producers of Food Force discuss the six specific games that comprise the product, how Food Force integrates into a curriculum..."] You can now learn more about the GDCTV presentations and click through to watch them in high quality streaming video, including sychronized slides where appropriate.
