Developer Foundation 9 has announced a number of executive changes and promotions, including promoting its current COO David Mann to president, Chris Charla to business development VP, and more -- full details within. Mann was formerly a co-founder of Amaze in 1996, where Foundation 9 says he grew the company into a multi-team and project operation before being absorbed into F9E. The developer has also formed a new group "focused solely on evaluating and raising the quality of F9E's games." Said company chairman and CEO Jon Goldman, "David's outstanding leadership skills and no-nonsense approach have led to greater performance in our studios and our business in general. He's driving our P&L and our studios' output, and that role belongs to the position of President."
