Five newly founded studios will get free admission to the business networking event Game Connection Europe 2009, after winning the event's Level Up program with accomplishments in innovation, creativity and originality. The five new companies that will be able to attend Lyon, France-based Game Connection Europe in December include 5th Floor Productions (EggRunner, iPhone), Bulkypix (Eye Training, iPhone), Mediagames Studios (Save Our Souls, iPhone), Prophecy Games (Under Pressure, PS3, Xbox 360), and Wolfire Games (Overgrowth, Mac, PC). The winners' trips are all expenses paid, giving the new studios a chance to network with major game publishers at Game Connection 2009, which takes place December 8-10 this year. Companies that will attend Game Connection this year include Electronic Arts, Disney, Nintendo, Sony, Sega, Microsoft, Ubisoft, Capcom, Konami, Namco Bandai, DTP, D3P, Majesco, 505 games, Deep Silver, Apple, Oberon, and RealNetworks, among others.
