Former Hasbro Interactive leaders Tom Dusenberry and Tony Parks have announced the formation of Call IT Entertainment.
The new venture will focus on the development and marketing of content for wireless devices. The company hopes to make a place for itself by bridging the gap between wireless system operators and game players. “Wireless service providers are in a position to offer a better entertainment experience and obtain more value from their subscribers,” said Dusenberry, “Our focus is developing compelling content and supporting customers with the needed full scope of content-related services, including strategic planning and partnerships, development and marketing.” Dusenberry was a founder of Hasbro Interactive, while Parks served as the company’s executive vice president of global content and development. Dusenberry and Parks both left Hasbro Interactive, after serving briefly in advisory roles, following the company’s sale to Infogrames.
