Infogrames is entering into a deal with Finland’s Springtoys to bring a number of key Infogrames franchises to a Palm Pilot near you.
The agreement has Springtoys creating PalmOS version of popular Infogrames titles including Driver, Centipede, Asteroids, Deer Hunter, Pro Bass Fishing, and Beachhead 2000. “More than 11 million people currently use PDA devices, making this a logical step to expand both our brand and audience reach,” said Jon Leach, vice president of licensing for Infogrames. The first titles under the new agreement are scheduled to appear later this summer.
