Tomodachi Collection, Dragon Quest IX, and Wii Sports Resort remained frontrunners this week on Japanese video game sales charts, while a new voyeuristic Xbox 360 game featuring anime girls was able to break the top five. D3 Publisher's Dream Club debuted at number four with 46,000 in unit sales for the week ended August 30, tracking firm Media Create said Thursday. Dream Club features young, bouncy, and buxom female anime characters who serve and entertain patrons at a virtual club. Nintendo's Tomodachi Collection for DS led the charts for the second week in a row. Released in June, the game has sold 890,000 units to date, and lets users take care of their Mii characters on their handhelds. Sales of Square Enix's hit DS RPG Dragon Quest IX fell week-on-week to 71,000 units from 79,000. The game has sold 3.8 million units since its July release in Japan. Wii Sports Resort rose two spots to number three selling 46,000 units, up from the prior week's 32,000. Another new title debuting on the Japanese charts during the week was the uniquely-titled DS trivia game, Shiranai Mama dewa Son wo Suru Mono ya Okane no Shikumi, or You'll Incur Losses If You Remain Ignorant: How Money and Things Work DS. Dropping off from last week were Melty Blood: Actress Again, SD Gundam G Generation Wars, Okami Kakushi, Puyo Puyo 7, and Kin-iro no Corda 2 f Encore.
