Mentor InterActive announced that it will publish three age-specific versions of My Virtual Tutor: Reading for the Nintendo DS in North America later this year. My Virtual Tutor: Reading is an educational software suite designed to encourage reading skills and comprehension in young children. Each title will feature eight interactive storybooks and four play modes designed to motivate young readers. 1st Playable Productions developed the My Virtual Tutor: Reading series in cooperation with the University of Colorado, who contributed six years of research and development to the final product. Mentor InterActive expects the three titles to hit store shelves in September of 2009.
