Microsoft says it plans to repeat the success of last year's "Summer of Arcade" Xbox Live Arcade promotion for the Xbox 360 with its new "Days of Arcade" campaign. As detailed by the company's Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb in a blog post, "Days of Arcade" will highlight seven downloadable Xbox 360 games over a six-week period beginning later this month. First up will be EA Bright Light's Hasbro Family Game Night on March 18, which will be followed -- in an unspecified order -- by Ska Studios' The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai, Proper Games' Flock, Tozai Games' Lode Runner, Sumo Digital's Outrun Online Arcade, Infinite Interactive's Puzzle Quest: Galactrix, and Microsoft in-house studio Carbonated Games' UNO Rush. The original "Summer of Arcade," which saw the release of high-profile games like Braid and Castle Crashers, reportedly resulted in record monthly Xbox Live sales, with a considerable increase in Live Arcade purchases driving a 67 percent revenue increase over the previous high.
