Midway named two new senior executives yesterday: David Cox was appointed the Senior Vice President of Sales North America, and Steve Booth was named as the new Vice President of Licensing.
Before joining Midway, Cox served in several senior sales management positions in the interactive entertainment industry, including Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Marketing for InterAct Accessories, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Eidos, and Director of National Sales for Acclaim. Booth formerly served as Senior Partner at Interactive Synergy, an interactive entertainment consulting firm. He also held senior licensing positions with The Jim Henson Company, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, Dreamworks SKG and the Walt Disney Company. Cox and Booth will report to Mark Beaumont, Midway's Senior Vice President of Publishing.
