Newsbrief: A new game platform promises easy-to-use cloud-based tools for game developers and artists to transition to HTML5, with software available directly through your browser. Goo Create, a new platform from the Stockholm, Sweden-based Goo Technologies, launched into beta today, with the plan to begin accepting developers throughout November. The team behind the platform says that its fully cloud-based software, all available through a web browser, supports high-end web graphics, and allows anybody to craft games for HTML5 whether you know how to code or not. More details on how to register for the beta can be found on the official website.
