Organizers for game business matchmaking event Game Connection Europe 2008 announced that this year's event will cover new platforms and markets, with many projects for the iPhone, dubbed "the new frontier in handheld development," expected. Taking place in Lyon, France on November 5-7, 2008, the convention also hopes to broaden its scope and accommodate "the market evolution" that has occurred with the introduction of new audiences, such as non-gamers and casual players.
