Alongside its DSi hardware unveiling, Nintendo announced seven new first-party titles for the DS due for Japan late 2008 and 2009, such as Mario & Luigi RPG 3!!! and Made in Me (Wario Ware). Following Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, Mario & Luigi RPG 3!!! continues Nintendo's portable RPG series starring the company's plumber mascots. The game is scheduled to arrive in Japan sometime in 2009. Other first-party DS titles planned for Japan in 2009 include Made in Me, a second WarioWare title for the DS; Solid Body Picross, a 3D follow-up to puzzle title Picross DS; DS Fortune-Telling Life, a fortune telling application with tarot and palm reading; and Friend Collection, a curious title allowing users to interact with Miis and Nintendo executives. Nintendo's two newly-announced titles for 2008 in Japan are World Food: Talk! DS Food Navi, a sequel to recipe software Cooking Guide: Can't Decide What to Eat?, and Know by Walking: Life Rhythm DS, a fitness title that utilizes a pedometer accessory, similar to Ubisoft's My Weight Loss Coach, except possibly wireless, considering the DSi's absent GBA slot. Nintendo also showed off Self-Indulgent Fashion: Girls' Mode, a fashion game due later this month in Japan, though it was previously announced in local gaming magazine Famitsu.
