<a href="http://www.nintendo.com">Nintendo</a> announced it will begin selling Game Boy Advance games in Japan over the Internet, marking the first time the company has tried online sales of software.
The title that will kick things off for Nintendo -- perhaps as a simple test of the effectiveness of e-commerce for the company -- will be Mobile Golf, which comes with a cell phone adapter that lets multiple people play games from remote locations. By connecting to servers at Nintendo, players will be able to send game results to friends or enter golf tournaments organized by Nintendo. The game, including adapter, will be priced at about $46.50.
