Today's wrap-up includes confirmation of new appointments for both Pandemic Studios in Australia and Mforma worldwide, as well as the latest product news and today's new job postings. - Pandemic Studios, developers of Full Spectrum Warrior, Mercenaries, and the upcoming Destroy All Humans, announced the hiring of John Passfield as Creative Director at their Brisbane, Australia offices. Passfield's most recent position was as Design Director for Krome Studios, where he worked on Ty the Tasmanian Tiger. “Pandemic Studios is one of the hottest game developers in the world right now," said Passfield, "and I am very excited to be a part of the team.” The hiring is part of an ongoing expansion effort in the Australia studios, with several positions still open. - Mforma, a mobile phone games publisher and distributor, has hired three new executives to lead offices across the globe. John Rousseau will be the new president and general manager of the American division, while Eric Hobson and Dave Arnold will serve the same function in the European and Asian offices, respectively.
