Sega today announced a successor to replace Peter Moore, who left the position of president and chief operating officer of Sega of America to take a job at Microsoft.
Effective immediately, Sega said Tetsu Kayama, COO of the parent company, will take over as president of SOA. Kayama is credited as one of the decision makers at Sega who supported the company's decision to quit making the Dreamcast and exit the hardware business.
