Publisher Southpeak has announced that it will be publishing Big Bang Mini, a DS puzzler by France based Arkedo (Nervous Brickdown) which uses the stylus to create fireworks and destroy advancing enemies. Southpeak promises the game will feature "an all original soundtrack, four gameplay modes, multiplayer options, and over 90 levels to explore." Players who miss their intended target will then have to avoid the falling shower of sparks, and can complete levels with a "final bouquet." Arkedo managing director Camille Guermonprez says the game is "trying to combine the thrill of an intense action shooter with the beauty of a grand fireworks display." Added SouthPeak CEO Melanie Mroz, "We usually only get to see fireworks, but with Big Bang Mini you get to make the fireworks. Not only will you be able to see the dazzling sparks but you'll also be able to create them with each stroke of the stylus. It's an amazing experience that is sure to give an adrenaline rush every time players manage to set off a huge display."
