Take-Two Interactive is reporting a 46 percent increase in fourth quarter income.
The company brought in net income of $13.4 million on the net sales of $122.6 million in its fiscal fourth quarter, an improvement of 46 percent from net income of $9.2 million in the same period last year. For the twelve months ended October 31, Take-Two brought in net sales of $387 million for a net income of $25 million, up from a net income of $16.3 million last year. "We are very pleased with our fiscal 2000 financial results," said Take-Two CEO Ryan Brant, "Our diversified business model has allowed us to continue to substantially grow Take-Two during what has been a difficult period for the interactive entertainment software industry."
