TDK Mediactive Expects Increase In Revenue, Income

Based on strong sales of Robotech: Battlecry for PlayStation 2 and Xbox, the company said that net sales for Q2 (which ended September 30) rose 267% over last year to $16.9 million. The company expects Q2 net income of approximately $1.5 million (6 cents per share), compared to a loss of $95,000 (breakeven per share) last year. TDKM said that it is on track to meet earlier expectations for full-year sales of $50 million and earnings per share of approximately 5 cents. TDK Mediactive will report final Q2 results on October 28. There was no change in the company's stock price today based on the news. It is trading at $1.58.
