The Art Institutes Change Name, Offer New Scholarship Program

The Art Institutes, which offers (among other programs) a degree in game art and design, announced that it has changed the name of its four California schools and launched a new scholarship program.

The four California schools, located in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and San Francisco, have been given an unified California identity and will be known as The Art Institute of California – Los Angeles, The Art Institute of California – Orange County, The Art Institute of California – San Diego, and The Art Institute of California – San Francisco. The new scholarship program invites high school seniors to develop essays on California’s role in their desired art field. Working with a panel of California industry leaders, each California school will award one full-scholarship yearly in the recipient’s desired program.
