Titus is in talks to sell its share of Interplay, even as Interplay continue sale discussion of it own.
Titus currently holds a 34 percent stake in Interplay Entertainment, as well as 44.5 percent of voting rights, and has announced that it is in negotiations to sell that stake to what it described as a strategic partner. “We were approached by a company with a proposal which we are studying,” said a company spokesperson, “Negotiations are going on. If they end in a deal it will only be if there is a strategic interest for Titus.”
