Titus Interactive has increased its stake in Interplay, now owning almost three-quarters of the company.
The French publisher increased its stake to 72.4 per cent of capital stock. Interplay Common Stock is now composed of 92.4 million shares, of which 67.4m is owned by Titus Interplay reported net revenues of $21.5m for the fourth quarter ending December 31st 2001. This is a 30 per cent decrease from the figure of $30.8m in the same period in 2000. However, the operating loss for the period was $3.3m, compared to a figure of $3.8m in 2000. For the 12 month period ended December 21st, Interplay reported net revenues of $57.8m, compared to $104.6m in 2000.
