[Sister site FingerGaming rounds up the week's most popular paid and free iPad gaming applications on the App Store as of today, Hemisphere's Osmos and Chillingo's Modern Conflict taking the lead over newcomer Fruit Ninja HD.] Since debuting last week, Hemisphere's iPad puzzler Osmos has seen a quick rise up the App Store's paid charts. Osmos currently ranks as the iPad's biggest seller across all categories, with Chillingo's low-priced strategy title Modern Conflict HD trailing close behind. A new iPad-optimized version of Halfbrick's iPhone hit Fruit Ninja follows Clickgamer's Angry Birds HD at fourth place in iPad game sales, while the recently released Family Feud HD beats Pinball HD for sixth place.
