[Sister site FingerGaming rounds up the week's most popular paid and free iPad gaming applications on the App Store as of today, with Pirates vs. Everything, Back to the Future and Sand Slides currently ranking among the platform's top downloads.] This week's top paid titles are: 1. Angry Birds HD ($4.99) 2. World of Goo HD ($4.99) 3. Pirates vs. Ninjas vs. Zombies vs. Pandas HD ($0.99) 4. Angry Birds Seasons HD ($1.99) 5. Cut the Rope HD ($1.99) 6. Back to the Future Episode 1 HD ($6.99) 7. Fruit Ninja HD ($0.99) 8. JellyCar 3 ($0.99) 9. Words With Friends HD ($2.99) 10. Scrabble for iPad ($9.99) PAN Vision's Angry Birds clone Pirates vs. Ninjas Etc. claims third place in today's paid iPad games chart following a drop in price to 99 cents. Angry Birds HD reclaims the top spot, meanwhile, pushing last week's chart champion World of Goo HD to second place. The first episode of Telltale's Back to the Future adventure game series earns sixth place in its debut week, as Disney's JellyCar 3 premieres ahead of Words With Friends HD and Scrabble for iPad at eighth place. Here are this week's top free iPad applications: 1. Sand Slides 2. Angry Birds HD Free 3. Holes and Balls 4. Ridge Racer Accelerated HD 5. Paradise Island HD 6. Angry Birds Seasons HD Free 7. Pac-Man Battle Royale Last week's free chart topper Bakery Story: Valentine's Day drops out of the top ten this week, as Logik State's puzzler Sand Slides rises up to take its place. AudioGuidia's minigolf-like Holes and Balls earns third place in its debut week, as Namco captures fourth with its recently released Ridge Racer Accelerated HD. Game Insight's free-to-play simulation title Paradise Island HD enters the charts at fifth place, meanwhile, as Playrik's match-three puzzler The Rise of Atlantis HD takes seventh after a recent update.
