[Sister site FingerGaming rounds up the week's most popular paid and free iPhone and iPod Touch games, as current on the iTunes App Store.] This week's top paid iPhone game titles on the App Store, as captured on January 31st 2011, are as follows: 1. Angry Birds ($0.99) 2. Fruit Ninja ($0.99) 3. Trenches ($0.99) 4. Cut the Rope ($0.99) 5. Madden NFL 11 ($4.99) 6. Angry Birds Seasons ($0.99) 7. Doodle Jump ($0.99) 8. Flick Golf! ($0.99) 9. Stick Stunt Biker ($0.99) 10. Bejeweled 2 + Blitz ($0.99) Rovio's Angry Birds and Halfbrick's Fruit Ninja have remained the iPhone's biggest-selling games since the start of the new year, and both games rank at the top of today's charts. Thunder Game Works' real-time strategy game Trenches moves up to third place following a recent update adding Game Center multiplayer support, pushing Chillingo's Cut the Rope to fourth place. EA's Madden NFL 11 returns to the top ten at fifth place, meanwhile, as Lima Sky's Doodle Jump sees a surge in popularity after the recent announcement of a forthcoming update. Here are this week's top free iPhone games: 1. Ping Pong 2. Stenches: A Zombie Tale of Trenches 3. Bridge Basher 4. Tap Farm: Valentine's Day 5. Paper Glider 6. Angry Birds Free 7. Zombie Cafe 8. Sunday Lawn 9. Wispin 10. Death Knight Miniclip leads today's free charts with its new accelerometer-controlled skill game Ping Pong. The Trenches spin-off Stenches trails close behind at second place, leading to a sales boost for the core Trenches app. Paper Glider remains a popular pick thanks to its status as the App Store's 10 billionth download and continued promotion from Apple, while newcomers Bridge Basher and Tap Farm: Valentine's Day finish at third and fourth place.
