The release of Lego Batman has been unable to dislodge Electronic Arts' FIFA 09 soccer sim from the top of the UK charts, despite a 47 percent drop in overall sales for the top-selling EA game. The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions remained in first and second place, respectively, in the individual format charts. The PlayStation 2 version fell only one place to number four, while the PSP version rose one place to number 11 and the Wii version fell one place to number 15. In the combined format charts, Lego Batman was the highest new entry at number two, becoming the biggest ever games launch for Warner Bros. in the UK. Sales were evenly spread across a number of titles, with the highest ranking being the Xbox 360 version at number seven in the individual format charts. Both the Xbox 360 and the PS2 version (at number eight) took 22 percent of sales each, with the Wii on 20 percent at number 10. The PS3 version debuted at number 13 with 17 percent of sales, with the Nintendo DS version at number 19 with 12 percent and the PSP version at number 40 with 6 percent. The PC version was the only one not to chart in the top 40. Elsewhere in the top 10, Wii Fit was at number three, and saw a 47 percent sales increase on the previous week, following continued stock fluctuations. The fastest mover though was Namco Bandai’s rival get fit game Family Trainer, published in Europe by Atari, which moved up 13 places to number nine. The only other new entry in the top 40 was the PC version of Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway at number 27, with LucasArts’ Fracture failing to break its way into the top 40. However, due to retail promotions, the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Grand Theft Auto IV did reappear, at numbers 38 and 39 respectively. Overall in the top 40 there were 16 titles for the Wii, eight for the Xbox 360, six for the PlayStation 3, four for the Nintendo DS and two each for the PC, PlayStation 2 and PSP.
