There is also another app called as the MobileLog that will be provided soon in Cydia – the app is still on the development process. It is designed for jailbroken devices with many functions and usages, one of which is to block numbers.

Registering Your Number

You can also try registering your number with National Do Not Call Registry. It is intended for telemarketers who often call you non-stop, but it won’t be able to block text messages, unfortunately.
