It’s almost Halloween! As the leaves turn to orange, and spirits crawl out of their graves to walk amongst the living, we’re taking a moment to get into the spirit of the season with a stream of the Buffy-themed indie game Slayer Shock today at 3PM EST

What is Slayer Shock you might ask? Well it’s another game from an ex-BioShock developer, this time David Pittman, who co-founded Minor Key Games with former Borderlands 2 dev J. Kyle Pittman. Minor Key Games’ previous two titles, Neon Struct and Eldritch, both found critical acclaim among developers and players alike.

With his new game Slayer Shock, Pittman begun experimenting with a procedural storytelling format he previously said was "influenced by WWE Wrestling.” We’ll be examining just what Pittman meant by that, and talking about Halloween games and game design in general, while trying to slay vampires and catch up on this week’s news.
