Spore and Sims creator Will Wright has signed an agreement with the Science Channel to produce programming for the cable network, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Wright is known in the game industry for the systemic and scientific way that he approaches game design. "I want to take the way he engages an audience in gaming and bring that into a show," said Debbie Myers, general manager at the Science Channel. Wright added, "Gaming is a rich and compelling way to tell a great story. I am so excited to bring that mind-set to TV projects."
